I’d have guessed that these lovely young señoritas and their escorts were gathered for graduation photos, but the presence of the little girl in the centre of the image above  – with her own pint-sized version of the others’ dress – made me wonder. We’d again stopped by Palma’s cathedral to photograph the swans when this happy group came along. While one of the girls had, as evidenced by her tiara and more formal gown, been crowned the belle of their ball, each of the girls shone.
