Don’t get me wrong. We’re still enjoying mild, sunny days interspersed with injections of the damp drizzles (or downpours) that give BC our glorious greenery. In our area of the province, many of the leaves that have already danced away from their respective trees did so as a result of the hot, dry summer we enjoyed.
Here, though, is a preview of what we can soon expect in many parts of our country. The maple leaf appears in red on Canada’s flag, but you can find it in a number of sizes and hues. Happy October, everyone.
